Public Participation Consultation and Research (PPCR for short!) have been helping housing and other organisations to involve and empower their customers since 1989. PPCR are specialists in qualitative research and supporting resident-led management of homes and local communities.
As an Associate, Ian has helped PPCR to develop their Best Value services, and worked on a wide range of stock transfer, policy review and training projects.

The Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) is a national membership organisation which campaigns and works to extend the reach and quality of residents' influence on social housing landlords. It provides training, publications, conferences, advice and consultancy to empower residents and build strong, successful communities.
As an Associate, Ian trains staff and residents and does consultancy projects with Registered Social Landlords and local authorities throughout the UK.

Plain Language Commission is the leading UK agency dedicated to helping organisations to communicate clearly with their customers. The Commission does copywriting and editing in plain language, and awards the Clear English Standard.
