I'm an experienced, versatile freelance consultant and trainer. Since 2000, I've worked successfully with more than 100 different clients throughout the UK (see Clients). I work both independently and with a range of other consultancies (see Partners). I will get to know you and your needs quickly and well, to deliver support that lasts and really makes a difference.

To put my knowledge and experience to good use, I'm also a board member at a local housing association, Vale Sovereign.

I'm the Company Secretary and handle the administrative and organisational side of the business. I also provide expert events management services. I completed the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Diploma in Training at Oxford and Cherwell College in 2005.

Fees

Typical rates range from £500 to £750 per day (or hourly equivalent), depending on the type of work and client. We can offer discounts for large projects and repeat business.
